THANK YOU FOR SUBSCRIBING

Ranjeet Gollapudi, CTOIdentopia brings certified expertise to the three primary modules of an IAM program: Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Single Sign-On (SSO) and/or Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privilege Access Management (PAM). To make them all work seamlessly in each client’s unique environment, Identopia has a world-class services portfolio that includes IAM Advisory Services, Implementation Services, Validation Services, and Maintenance Services. Notably, Identopia offers all or a mix of these services in a subscription-based model.
Starting with Advisory Services, Identopia, through its IAM Strategy Workshops, engages with the customer’s various stakeholders in a two-week workshop. The goal of this workshop is to document the client’s current state IAM program which includes identifying users and applications, and documenting the I/T security policies, processes, and technologies that govern access to those applications. They then map the customer’s current state onto industry standard IAM maturity models to perform a gap analysis. The resulting output from the gap analysis is the customer’s future state defining a best-class IAM solution. Identopia publishes a detailed roadmap and implementation project plan for the customer that visually details their IAM journey from their current state to their more robust future state.
The organization then ensures that the implemented solution is unit tested and assists the QA team by giving them a list of complete use cases in a detailed format. It also provides them with test cases so they can test and approve the end IAM solution. Finally, it offers detailed deliverables to the operations teams: requirement specifications, technical design documents, runbooks, and training videos on operating the IAM solution. Identopia also works with customers who have product upgrades and/or migration projects. These opportunities follow the same holistic approach as the above defined implementation journey.
Identopia’s Post-Implementation Support group uniquely offers a month-to-month subscription service where any support tickets related to the IAM solution are addressed, and the company solves any client IAM pitfalls or needs. The organization also provides a 90-day service guarantee on all of its deliverables. Within 90 days of implementation, if any element of the solution is broken or if there is a discrepancy in any technical document, Identopia will make the recommended repairs to the solution free-of-charge.
